How therapy in Arizona works
Sessions in Arizona are online. Arizona doesn’t observe daylight saving time, so between March and November my calendar may look an hour different than you expect; your booking confirmation always shows your local time.
Sessions happen by video from home, or anywhere private where you feel comfortable talking.

Questions
Do I need to be in Arizona for sessions?
Yes. For a Arizona session you need to be physically located in Arizona at the time of the session, because that’s where my AZ credential applies.
Do you take AHCCCS or other insurance?
No. I’m not contracted with any insurance panels, including AHCCCS, so sessions are self-pay. I can give you a superbill if you’d like to ask your plan about out-of-network reimbursement.
Can we meet in person in Arizona?
No, sessions in Arizona are online only. In-person sessions are available in Renton, Washington.
